Thanks for pointing me at those issues. I am using mod_security 2.9.0 and the Core Rule set 3. Does anybody know if "SecRequestBodyLimitAction ProcessPartial" works not as documented for this version? I did some research with appropriate keywords but did not get any clarifying information.
