Unfortunately, i get the following error message:

/etc/httpd/modsecurity.d/modsecurity_crs_999_exclude.conf:
Invalid command 'SecRuleUpdateTargetByTag', perhaps misspelled or defined by a 
module not included in the server configuration

Strange that it s not include in my modsecurity version:
