Add a drag mechanism to allow records to be dragged to
other applications in either VCF or LDIF form.
Beginning a drag operation in the title bar (card &
edit), icon (tree) or on the row (table) will
immediately copy the record into the clipboard.
The format of the record will be determined based on
whether or not the shift key is depressed when the drag
starts. If the shift key is depressed, the form witll
be LDIF, otherwise the form will be VCF.
