[Mod-apache-snmp-users] Mod Apache License

Hi,

I have downloaded the mod_ap2_snmp sources from sourceforge.net and
the site seems to suggests that the license is "Apache Software
License" (https://sourceforge.net/projects/mod-apache-snmp/#item3rd-1).
However, COPYING file distributed with the sources seems to suggest
that the license is GPL v2.

So what should I assume the license to be?
