#17 Unit tests using FakeFtpServer are slow

It seems that a sleep of 100ms is done between each ftp request.
This makes unit tests that do a lot of requests very slow.

See DefaultSession.readCommand

I'm using version 2.1

    My apologies - I just realized that I never actually responded to this issue, even though I did see it when you opened it. I will look into this for the next release. Perhaps I can reduce that 100ms or make it configurable. - Chris Mair
