#64 Read trimming error with three files

Hi!

When I was running my samples with MOCAT, I have found that if you use three files pair1, pair2 and single, there was an error because it didn't detected two of the files. Having a look at the script is because of the variable $ending that takes in the end a \n. We solved it adding in line 46 a new line:
chomp($ending);

Just in case you want to take this into account for future versions.
