#1 GSM/GPRS/UMTS network configuration

I've been told that most devices come with no
configuration for network connection, thus filtering
the users that could actually take benefit from the
Mobup usage.

Is this real everywhere or only in Italy? Do you think
we should plan some configurator to set up your mobile
network connection?

UPDATE: I've just bought a Nokia 6670 device here in Italy and it comes fully
packed with all the national providers network configurations.

From my "real life", In-fusio, I can tell you that this is a
real issue, and too complex for such project. The best is to
find a site that deal with this and redirect the user to it.
Some manufacter sites (like SE) offers also some
configuration service from the Web, through SMS....
