#26 Added GEMF atlas format

I noticed that MOBAC is not yet able to create GEMFarchives / atlas output, so I created a patch which adds this ability. If this patch will be integrated to upstream, the forum thread http://sourceforge.net/apps/phpbb/mobac/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=66 might be marked as solved.

Please feel free to provide any feedback or enhancements.

Thanks for the patch, I have applied it in SVN rev 2001.

BTW: Could you please take a look onto the README.HTM section "Creating atlases for Osmdroid" and update it a bit regarding the now three different formats for Osmdroid?

Shall I attach a patchfile for the README.HTM here or shall I commit it directly to SVN (do I even have write permission? Haven't tried it..)

SVN is only writable for developing project members - therefore I would prefer a patch or even simpler a text that I can use for replacing the section "Creating atlases for Osmdroid".
