#8 Make high zoom maps available at lower resolution

Most electronic maps available online seem to have the text rescaled for appropriate viewing at the current zoom level. The excellent maps available from outdooractive, however, are a bit different. At the highest zoom level maps it would clearly help to be able to 'zoom out' a bit!
I don't know how difficult this functionality would be to build into TAC, but if it could, say, download four tiles and then resize them to make one tile at the next zoom level, then that would be really useful. For me at least...
