#282 Load local tiles

I have set of locally generated tiles (using QGis and QTiler). Mobac is a fast way to create a selection of these tiles to load to my phone. However, when I try to load them using an url:

file:///media/data/maps/x/{z}/{x}/{y}.png

It show it cannot handle this

sun.net.www.protocol.file.FileURLConnection cannot be cast to java.net.HttpURLConnection

Request: add handler for local files.
