Hello,

MOBAC is a very nice effort indeed.. I am using it since 3 years before going out for my vacations.. One small tweak would make it much more usable for me. I own a garmin oregon device and the KMZ format supported by garmin does not allow more than 100 maps. When trying to cover large areas -with details- this makes some real limitation. I sometimes span maps over multiple layers if it would be possible with 3-4 layers.. I select the area, add it and delete the parts that counts over hundred, then do the same thing in a second layer for the next hundred maps and so on..

So, it would be very nice if gui pops-up a question if I'd like the maps automatically spanned over multiple layers.. I understand that it is out of the purpose of layers, however, I found layers make it possible to cover more area with small tile sizes.. I can grow tile sizes of course, however, this costs more CPU power and -probably- RAM for the the device since it is downsizing it internally befor displaying..

Thank you for your efforts,
All the best..
