#273 Please add Yandex maps

Please add Yandex maps to MOBAC.
I used Map Evaluator 0.2 to make scripts for them.
You can check online service at http://maps.yandex.ru and http://n.maps.yandex.ru (for user-made community maps).

_map - is common maps in russian
_nmap - is community maps in russian
_sat - is sattelite layer (photos only)
