I did not find anything about support for lantmateriet (http://kso.lantmateriet.se/)
It would be very convenient, at least to me. I guess at lot more people would be interested in a better map of Sweden .
It could be a real improvement over openstreetmap. Compare the details.
It seems like an open source, but I do not know how that might be complicated.
I can not judge the technical requirements either.
Could you tell me if this is feasible?
I would like to have that as a map source too, but the site's WMS server requires authentication if not accessed via Lantmäteriet's website. It is not Open Source, for license details you may inquire with Lantmäteriet in Gävle.

The online map service uses tiles of 512x512 with EPSG:4326 - this is incompatible with MOBAC. As it is a WMS map service it may be usable if it supports EPSG:4326 just try it yourself via custom WMS map source.
Regarding the legal aspects you have to directly talk to the responsible persons - if you want the map it is your job. Anyway I don't understand a word Swedish and the important documents are only available in Swedish...
