MOBAC 2.3.0

When I click on Help > Show Readme
MOBAC show the error "Unable to find README.HTM".

The extension of the Readme file is HTML, not HTM

Thanks for reporting. I have fixed this in MOBAC source code. The fix will be included in the next release.
