The above error occurred immediately when I started MOBAC as the first program after booting the computer. I closed and started again, with the same result. MOBAC on this computer had previously worked very well producing about 300+ OziEx maps.
I then discovered that the internet was not connected. After connecting, all was back to normal. The next day, I deliberately did the same with the same result.
I use a '3' (UK ISP) mobile broadband with an Huawei E586 Mi-Fi modem, which connects to the computer with Wi-Fi.
The reason is that the map pack you use does not fit to the used MOBAC version. As the specific map source package is no longer supported this from my point of view not an issue.
