#186 RMAP Zoom problems

There are some strange things going on whene creating RMAP files for TwoNav.

If i create a map from Eniro this works okay, but whene I use www.statkart.no it
does not work okay.

This is what happends I make a map of Zoom level 14 or 15 and convert it to OziExplorer map + png
Whene map is opend in compegps it look okay but whene zooming a few times all the colors looks crazy
and etc so there are something wrong with the png or maybe the map file. I have open up the png and
saved it as a jpg with gimp and photoshop and then i works fine. The same thing happens whene converting
a map from MOBAC to a RMAP file. If i make a OziExplorer map+png file and open the png file and save as
jpg and then convert it to a RMAP file with compegps it works fine. So something is worng with the creation
of png or jpg from MOBAC.
