not sure anout this one, it might be a feature.

currently, the relay-client will choose and poll a
relay-server even while the node is not using a
relay-commstrat. also, the polling looks much too
frequently.

and there seems to be some bug triggering a "recursive
pass this along" (which gets aborted in some higher
layer, but shouldnt happen at all).
