#339 bootpage loading sometimes fails

I get an unexplained failure to load
http://zooko.com/bootpage.txt. (It manifests as a read
of length 0.)

I believe I've seen this before. I think that our
usage of asyncore for the little bootpageloader is
wrong. Or maybe asyncore has evolved out from under us
since we wrote the bootpage loader. I vaguely recall
seeing this problem last year and it being specific to
Python 2.3.

Anyway, I've committed a workaround (if at first you
don't succeed, try try again), to v0.6.3. I suggest
that Arno adopt that patch from v0.6.3 onto
branch_v062, and bump this bug into the v0.6.3 group.

I don't know how often this happens or if it is Python
2.3-specific, or Python 2.3/Linux specific, or what.

I think this is "good enough" for v0.6.2. Bumping to v0.6.3.
