• Canonical GitHub URL migration: replace all github.com/TheoV823/mneme with github.com/MnemeHQ/mneme across the site (nav, footer, CTAs, JSON-LD, clone command) — 980 occurrences across 245 files, uniform replace including _snippets/ so check_nav_footer still matches.
• Sync Mermaid diagram [#1] in docs/architecture-diagrams.md to match the production homepage SVG: "Policy evaluation", "Architecturally compliant code", and the explicit reject → guidance → retry loop.

Not included

The homepage "bottleneck" copy is intentionally left as-is (reverted in a follow-up commit).

Checks

check_nav_footer, check_sticky_nav, check_encoding, check_insights all pass. 0 TheoV823/mneme references remain in site/.
