#9 ' shows instead of apostraphy in IE

IE does not use the ' entity, it expects ' instead
so we need to look at what browser is making the
request and only send ' if it's mozilla

Fixed, apostraphies are now just sent as ' which seems to
work in both browsers (dunno why i made it ' in the
first place - probly just got carried away =) ).
