#35 scim's hotkey does not work with mlterm-im-scim

I use scim and mlterm.

There are two problems on mlterm-im-scim.

scim's hotkey does not work on mlterm if KeyRelease
option is enabled. I binded KeyRelease+Escape key as a
Turn Off key on scim, but it does not work on mlterm.
It works fine if i use mlterm with scim as XIM. But it
does not work with mlterm-im-scim plugin. It also works
fine with mlterm-im-scim plugin if i bind Escape key
"without KeyRelease" option.
