[Mlt-devel] MLT and Windows branch

Hi everyone!  I was just curious if the new Windows branch will be
compatible with SWIG, and ultimately the Python bindings?  Of course, I
would like to get OpenShot working on Windows, which requires the Python
SWIG wrapper to function.
