#194 Resync of modified tracks not working

I have a similar problem as ID:1897216. The resync of modified tracks is not consistently working when I change ID3 tags in my music files.

I made changes to 6 mp3 files ID3v2 tags:
1. Added album art -> does not sync
2. Changed Genre -> does not sync
3. Changed Year -> does not sync
4. Changed Song Title -> does sync
5. Changed Artist Name -> dies sync
6. Changed Song Title
& Windows file name. -> does sync

What is even weirder is that this worked perfectly until recently. On my original Winamp install I had also deinstalled the ml_ipod plugin and added earlier versions, e.g. 06 and 07, but they did not work either.

PS. I followed all your instructions
- Clean Winamp install
- Only the latest ml_ipod plugin 3.08p05
- Cleared all files from iPod (4th gen 20GB clickwheel, b&w screen). BTW Same behavior with 4th gen 40GB photo iPod)
