i've downloaded 3 movies from a movie podcast - Screenrush: movie trailers <<http://rss.allocine.co.uk/movietrailers/ipod/>>

after downloading, the movies do not sync to the ipod when i click sync podcasts, when i browse the pocasts smartview in the local library and manually right click and send to my ipod, the movies end up under video\music in the ipod

i've tried to upload requested files, but both are rejected due to size constraints

Can't reproduce that with 3.05. Worked fine.
Maybe a handling problem? Make sure that all your video podcast episodes are tagged as genre "Podcast" (or whatever you chose as podcast genre in the prefs), and that they are in the Winamp ML.

Hi achim, I know i've been quiet on this one for some time now, after you said you could not reproduce the error, i was still getting the problem, and i pretty much gave up on podcasts all together, after fiddling around with winamp again last night i actually found the source of the problem here, once you manually tag the pocasts as genre "podcast", things work fine, however, ml ipod has an option to apply the pocast genre to all files in the pocast directory, this is the feature that isn't working, my podcast folder is c:\podcasts, so screenrush for example will save to c:\pocasts\screenrush\~files, if i don't manually set the genre to "Podcast", these items sync as music, i.e. the podcast genre does not get applied to the content of the folder automatically, once i manually set the genre of the podcast files to "Podcast", everything syncs correctly. would you mind having another look at this?
