#59 Sheban must be bash in some files

Hi,

scripts/lav2mpeg lav2avi.sh and scripts/lavtc.sh contains 'bashism' and thus the shebang need to be changed to /bin/bash

Files tested with checkbashisms from the devscripts Debian package.
