* better MMX/SSE support

fix compile error on yuvfilters

removed usage of mmx.h and switched over to real inline assembly...
This should compile on every setup, now (I hope so ...).

Now MMX/SSE ... (psadbw is cool ... :-)

Line_switching activated for stream comming from pipe. Active and Use keyword speed. Just began speed boost for BICUBIC algorithm.

MMX ;-) just say MMX ...

The return of the -s flag... by popular request!

Fixed some smaler bugs.
Also added the "full" supoort for the datarate of the multiplexed streams when using VBR streams.

Changed the version cheking, and fixed some bugs.
the yuvscaler version were much work.

Hmmm, I did really change anything.
