Line_switching activated for stream comming from pipe. Active and Use keyword speed. Just began speed boost for BICUBIC algorithm.

Also added the "full" supoort for the datarate of the multiplexed streams when using VBR streams.

Fixed getopt portability issue for *BSD.
Fixed (yet another) suble buffer management issue in mplex.

done some code-clean-up and some fine-tuning...

large modifications... Should work now like it is expected to...

Recursive filter works now (main denoising process)
deinterlacer works now (needed for TV capture at high resolutions)
