Who introduced this bug? Playback is back working now

Started nearly complete redesign (the only working part at
present is the deinterlacer).

Fixed aspect ratio display and tidied buffering stats display.

Re-enabled mixed stills stream muxing for VCD with some additional sanity
checks to prevent run-away muxing if oversize frames are presented.

Fixed stupid error I left in after working on audio buffering problem.

DEBUG line removed in zoran_read_proc().

Added possibility to blackout part of the input images with ACTIVE keyword. NO_HEADER keyword also added
