Modified Makefile.am's to install libmjpegutil.a and yuv4mpeg.h
to allow building of mpeg2dec plug-in. Might be more convenient to
point to mjpegtools source dir in mpeg2dec configure.in but then
the patch would have no chance of becoming part of main distro.
