now 16x16 search but 8x8 blocks measured and exchanged

shoot, forgot to remove xlav.1 from the list

Fixed bugs in encapsulating input and preparations for
general despatcher loop.

testing just other parameters (and slightly modified bad-good block matcher)

Input streams now fully encapsulated and can be fed from any
sequentially readable source. Current still file-IO but this
is trivially changed. Fifo's already possible.
Outputstream encapsulation progressing. Buffers and file-I/O
abstracted away.

Minor updates and sound support (-A) for yuv2divx
