MJPEG Tools Svn

Fixed re-entracy debug test bug in logging routine.
Replaced printf-ery with mjpeg_* logging calls to main lavtools tools.

Merged in changes from main branch to improve logging.

Working SSE is now detect by catching an exception from
a sample instruction. Seems it can't be done any other way due to
a "doh!" by Intel.

Removed stable debugging output fprintf

forgot to check this into the devel branch
