Use AM_CFLAGS and AM_CXXFLAGS instead of y4mdenoise_CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS to avoid
overriding the CFLAGS created by ./configure. The top level configuration process goes to great effort to determine the architecture/cpu compile time flags.
