it was pointed out that there were a few lingering (inconsistent) uses of
quoted #include "file" remaining. To be consistent those were changed to
#include <file>

Transistion period is over. Per discussion on the -devel list autogen.sh
becomes autoreconf -f -i

* change subfrequency carrier (patch by Douglas Fraser
<ds-fraser@...>)
* use msleep() instead of schedule_timeout() (patch by Nishanth Aravamudan
<nacc@...>)

use y4m_chroma_keyword() to get the descriptive strings of the chroma subsampling.
Do something similar for the interlacing (print 't', 'b', p' instead of a numeric value).

Update the manpage to reflect the recent changes to mp2enc.

* included the huge patch from Michael Hanke which adds basic sound transititon
support and a new effect for fading in and fading out

So that should be the last file ;)
