Bug fixes and improvements:
o Produce true -I/+Q patches in bottom row (20 IRE (I think) by default); optionally produce +Cb/+Cr instead. o PLUGE tweaked so it is now as close to (+/-)4 IRE as possible, I think. o Man page enhancement. o Produce 4:4:4 output by default.
