I haven't seen this error before, but I know ddraw.dll is part of DirectX. You could try upgrading or reinstalling DirectX. I'm running 8.1 on both my Windows machines. You can get DirectX from www.microsoft.com. FYI: I've never personally tested MJP on NT4.
