Hello,

I've been working on a pinger for some time now: Echolot2

Echolot2 is aimed to be very low maintainence.

It learns about new remailers all by itself (from reliable's and new
mixmaster's remailer-conf replies) and starts to ping and list them if
told to do so.  It also removes dead pingers automatically from the
stats and stops pinging them after a while.

It produces mlist and rlist, both v1 and v2, both txt and html versions.
It builds the pgp keyring (rsa-only and all) and mixmaster keyring
(mixring.pub, type2.list). It also builds a Thesaurus similar to the one
Frog operates.

The current version is the 1st Release Candidate for 2.0. Some remops
are already running earlier versions of Echolot. With good success I
hope.

It's written in Perl and requires some things to be installed. See the
README file in the tarball or look at it in the cvsweb[0].
