#41 Upper/lower case erros in #include directive

In files RandomFrequencyOnlyModel.cc and RandomFreqTimeModel.cc the include directive

#include "MiximAirFrame.h" gives a compilation error because the target file is named

MiXiMAirFrame.h

(upper X and last M).
