Hi Paul,

I got one of those, works fine.  I also picked up Virtual Weather Station
from Ambient software (I think it's ambientsw.com).  It's another $40 bucks,
but that generates pretty gifs and historical data that I can upload to my
website.  Also, it exports the read data and MH already includes my code to
read the output file in the weather.pm code (in the lib directory).

Hi all,

My wife wants a weather station for Christmas.  I have looked around a bit
and would like to get something for under $1,000 that is wireless.  Since my
wife isn't technical, she wants a nice (non-computer) display.  I, of
course, want to make sure I can connect it to MH.  Anyone have suggestions
about specific stations?

I'm currently looking at the Oregon Scientific WMR918 for around $500, but I
don't know if I can connect it to MH.  I'm not too worried about writing new
scripts (presumably I can start with Bruce's WX200 scripts), but it needs to
interface with the computer.
