If you're sure the source of your problems is the PC, try a filter between your primary PC and the AC. Is the PC plugged directly into the wall, any surge protector or UPS? If you don't have a surge protector you may want to think about one (that may isolate the noise it's createing also). Try: http://www.smarthome.com/4845.HTML but you may be able to find it cheaper.
