Very good work indeed! I made it a priority tonight to give this a try. I was able to get the project created, reverse proxy created, and oauth seems to link up. The test "Kitchen Light" is viewable in the Google Home app under Home Control. When I say "Turn the Kitchen Light On", I get a "Undefined subroutine: main::set_if_needed" on the MisterHouse console. Any quick ideas on what I missed?
