slightly off topic, but.... Not sure if the same rules exist in the Great White North, but down here in the lower 48 (+2),, manufacturers cannot control at what price you sell an item, only at what price it is advertised. Tempur-pedic is a prime example of this. No matter where you go, the retailers will tell you that TP sets their own pricing. This is not exactly true. They set the lowest ADVERTISED price. We as retailers can sell below that point and TP can't do anything about it. Oh, and yes, I work in the furniture biz.
