You have a setup that's pretty similar to mine :) (mine is more complex because I use booster fans in the ducts both as AC booster when needed and fans to draw air from outside when I'm no AC cooling mode). By the way, the top video is very nice, although I'm not sure if I really want to talk to my phone to control my house :) If you have a battery powered lock, one improvement you can do is to remove batteries from your lock.
