Oh, slightly related question:
Is there a setting in the driver to tell it to scan for other APs if the
signal dips below 35/70?

Right now, it goes down to 20, and waits quite a while before finally
realizing there is another AP right there with the same ESSID and waiting
for a connection.

I'm sure there is a way to make it switch earlier, but I'm not sure if it's
in the driver or in wpa_supplicant
