I had forgotten about that change you mentioned a while back. I think it is a perfect solution. If you have a minute could you point me at the check-in that included this change? I am sure you already thought of this. But I ran into a similar situation with All Link Cleanup messages. My suggestion would be that when mh receives the ACK that it does not clear the active message, but only resets the xmit timeout. This way if the data message doesn't arrive, mh will simply resend the original request. I realize this may be difficult though, Greg put the clear message code down in Insteon_plm. Far away from where the message is actually processed. |
