The nice thing of git is that you don't need to have write access to a specific repository to be able to contribute. This is done through 'pull requests'. You fork a repo, branch, make your change and then send a pull request to the upstream repo.

As Marc stated, the 'root' repo is hollie/misterhouse.git. It is not an absolute requirement to fork from this one, but this is the repo where all merging code is done, and it is also the repo that is monitored be the people who can merge incoming pull requests.

Yes, but the first step is to send in some pull requests to test out.
