On my system, some of this header is placed in /usr/include/linux/termios.h. Use h2ph on this file, from the /usr/include directory, if you find it there or in any place where you don't have a corresponding .ph file listed below. > user@misterhouse:/usr/local/bin/misterhouse-2.103$ locate ttycom.ph > user@misterhouse:/usr/local/bin/misterhouse-2.103$ locate termios.ph > /usr/lib/perl/5.8.8/asm-i386/termios.ph > /usr/lib/perl/5.8.8/asm/termios.ph > /usr/lib/perl/5.8.8/asm-x86_64/termios.ph > /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8/asm/termios.ph > /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8/bits/termios.ph > /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8/sys/termios.ph > /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8/termios.ph > >> If you still run into problems, edit mh/lib/site/Device/SerialPort.pm and > set $DEBUG=1 at the top of the file and post the results. > The best place to grab output in a Linux environment is from the STDOUT and STDERR from the main mh binary. In other words, when you run mh from a console window, it will output the most verbose logging information in the same window. > As for reboothing and thinking it will fix everything it's just the former > windows user in me cause reboot fixes windows issues not linux issues and I > have to remind myself that all the time. Linux is still indeed quite a learning curve as it lets you really play around with what's going on, but you should find that your system remains more stable over time. I have always found that Windows destabilizes after 6 months or so and requires a reinstall. Note: this is not to start an O/S flame war. I also have friends who swear by Windows. It's just that it has never worked out well for me. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
