My experience with UDP comms is nill, so Joel it looks you and I are in the same boat. I think I will order one in a bit and try as well. I think I will use this to replace the 8 port parallel card that I am using for irrigation control. Problem I have is if I boot my linux box, the parallel port goes nuts and starts turning the relays on and off like crazy so I have to turn off the power supply to the card first.
