[mh] MH speech

I was wondering if MH is still capaable of talking through a standard  
web browser interface?  I know it can push sound files to the audrey  
but I'm having trouble getting just a regular web browser on a remote  
client to receive TTS.  I've disabled webmute and tried to do some  
basic stuff like speak the tagline but no voice has come through yet.

I just want to make sure this is still a feature of the product  
before I go to far into the troubleshooting mode.
