This issue was fixed back around April 9.  The bug is in lib/X10_RF.pm

Sorry, my bad.  We re-worked that code a bit to clean it up and messed it
up.  Instead of this:

             &::print_log ("$item_id: " . substr($name, 2) . " $state");

Should be this:

             &::print_log ("$item_id: " . substr($name, 1) . " $state");
