The default kernel modules do not include the moxa or mxser module (I think you use the mxser but I could be wrong). So the first thing to do is to get the kernel source RPM for your kernel. Actually for this you may only need to recompile the modules so the kernel-devel rpm may be all you need. I'm finishing up some work so later this even I'll post the info you need. But do an rpm -qa | fgrep kernel and post the results.
